We offer a no quibble returns policy within 30 days of purchase. As long as the item is unused, with labels and tags attached (if any), it can be returned for a full refund. Refunds are issued for the price of the item(s) including the cheapest rate of shipping (for international orders). You will be responsible for return costs.
Please add a note inside the package stating your name and order number. Make sure to add your sender address to the outside of the package as well.
Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns on hosiery, lingerie, earrings, face masks/coverings and opened cosmetics & hair dye.
International customers: If you are returning to our UK returns address, please ensure you state "customer return" on the customs declaration form. If not, the item might be returned to sender.
Orders placed before 2pm are sent the same day (Mon-Fri) and there are various shipping methods available, including Next Day Delivery option within the UK and 1-3 Day express options internationally.
Delivery charges for UK customers start at £3.99 (Royal Mail 48) and free Royal Mail Tracked 24 is offered on all orders above £50.
