DELIVERY
Orders are shipped same day when placed before 2pm (GMT), Monday to Friday. All UK orders over £50 are shipped free of charge by tracked post. International Tracked Post services are delivered by your local postal services, often within the estimated delivery time stated at checkout. Tracking numbers can be used on your local postal services’ websites as soon as the package has arrived in the destination country.
EU customers:
We pay the taxes on orders under 150 EUR / 135 GBP, so you can rest assured that you will not be asked to pay anything to the courier upon delivery. If your order is above this amount, please consider that you will need to pay taxes, duties and customs fees to the courier/postal services before your order is delivered.
International customers, outside the EU:
Please note that potential taxes, duties and other related charges payable to the courier upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
