What began as punk anti-jewellery has, over four decades later, grown into a sought-after international brand and one of the biggest creators of the finest hand-made pewter jewellery in the UK.

Today, Alchemy England is world famous, not only for its conceptual artwork and creating some of the finest hand-made pewter jewellery, but for its highly valued custom designs and unique commercial partnership with Swarovski.

It’s a world leader for the alternative lifestyle, delivering rock, goth, pagan and steampunk style.

Alchemy England began in 1977 with two Leicestershire artists and model-makers, Geoff Kayson and Trevor Phillipson. From selling punk jewellery at gigs and to local shops, the pair were soon asked to put their talents to create tour merchandise for bands.

All Alchemy England Fine English pewter is free of lead, cadmium and nickel compliant for UK, EU and US regulatory standards. English Pewter is a rich, high-grade alloy of 92% tin with copper and is regarded as a 'semi-precious' metal.
