This privacy policy sets out how Ro Ro uses and protects the information that you provide us with when you place an order through our website. We are 100% committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any personal details you provide at checkout when placing an order, will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?When you make a purchase through our site, we will collect the data you provide at checkout:

We do not store or have access to your card details or any other sensitive information in regards to the payment, as that process is done securely and encrypted through our payment provider.
If you wish to be signed up for our newsletter and give your consent for us to contact you, we will keep your email address in our newsletter database.
What we do with the information we collectWe require your information to fulfill your order and to be able to communicate with you in regards to your purchase. We will not be using your personal details for marketing or any other purposes that are not directly related to the specific order you placed.
If you have signed up for our newsletter, we may occasionally send you emails in regards to new products, sales or offers that we believe may interest you. You can at any time unsubscribe to our newsletter by sending us an email to info@roroxboutique.com or through the contact form.
After an order has been dispatched, we store your details for at least 12 months so that we can locate your order details in case you contact us with a return/exchange request, complaint or any other communication in regards to your purchase.
What third parties do we share your data withWe do not, and will not ever, sell any of your personal data to any third party. We want you to feel safe when you shop with us and we wish to maintain your trust when you provide us with the information we need to fulfil your order.
Your data is only being shared with the following categories of companies we work with and for the following reasons:
Order management software: Our order management software is what’s making it possible for us to run our ecommerce business and provide our items on multiple platforms (such as eBay, Amazon and our own website). This is where we process your order by printing your postage labels, sending you dispatch notifications and keeping your order history safe in one place.
Postal services and courier companies: Your name and address will be printed onto the postage label and the package will be collected by the postal services and courier companies we work with. Your telephone number, which you provide at checkout, will only ever be passed on to courier companies (if you select Express services at checkout rather than standard mail services) as this is a requirement from them as they may need to call you in regards to your delivery.
Payment provider: To increase the security and to make you feel at ease when entering your card details at checkout, we use PayPal to process all payments. We never store or have any access to your card details at Ro Rox Boutique.
Bookkeeping software: Your name and email address will be visible on our account statements within our bookkeeping software.
How long we keep your data forOnce a year, we obscure all personal details in our transaction history of our database which is older than 12 months. This includes your name, first line of your address, email address and telephone number.
You are in control of your own detailsYou have the rights to at any time see the details we have on file, amend them or to have them removed from our systems. Send us an email, write to us or call us with your request and we will make sure to assist you with this within one month (but hopefully much sooner).
SecurityWe are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the data you provide us with.
