DELIVERY
Orders are shipped same day when placed before 2pm (GMT), Monday to Friday. All UK orders over £50 are shipped free of charge by tracked post. International Tracked Post services are delivered by your local postal services, often within the estimated delivery time stated at checkout. Tracking numbers can be used on your local postal services’ websites as soon as the package has arrived in the destination country.
EU customers:
We pay the taxes on orders under 150 EUR / 135 GBP, so you can rest assured that you will not be asked to pay anything to the courier upon delivery. If your order is above this amount, please consider that you will need to pay taxes, duties and customs fees to the courier/postal services before your order is delivered.
International customers, outside the EU:
Please note that potential taxes, duties and other related charges payable to the courier upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY
We offer a no quibble returns policy within 30 days of purchase. As long as the item is unused, with labels and tags attached (if any), it can be returned for a full refund. Refunds are issued for the price of the item(s) including the cheapest rate of shipping (for international orders). You will be responsible for return costs. Please add a note inside the package stating your name and order number. Make sure to add your sender address to the outside of the package as well.
Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns on hosiery, lingerie, earrings, face masks/coverings and opened cosmetics & hair dye.
International customers: If you are returning to our UK returns address, please ensure you state "customer return" on the customs declaration form. If not, the item might be returned to sender.
