We offer FREE returns to customers in the UK within 30 days of purchase. Click here to visit our returns portal and generate your return label. International customers will need to cover the return postage, but to reduce these costs we do offer some international returns addresses (see below).

As long as the item is unused, with labels and tags attached (if any), it can be returned for a full refund. Refunds are issued for the price of the item(s) including the basic rate of shipping. 

Although we can organise an exchange, we normally recommend returning for a refund and re-ordering the new size/colour/item you wish to receive as this is faster and easier.

Please add a note inside the package stating your name and order number. If you want an exchange, please communicate this on the note. It's always best to add your sender address to the outside of the package as well.

Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns on hosiery, lingerie, earrings, face masks/coverings and opened cosmetics & hair dye.

International customers: If you are returning to our UK returns address, please ensure you state "customer return" on the customs declaration form. If not, the item might be returned to sender.
